We help people with tax problems who can’t pay for professional advice. We resolve tax issues for people in crisis – whether they’re dealing with health challenges, financial hardship or difficult life circumstances.
By helping people pay the right amount of tax, we help build their financial knowledge, confidence and resilience, moving them towards financial security. But we can’t do it without your support.
The demand is urgent: we have seen a 58% increase in people seeking help over three years. More disadvantaged taxpayers than ever need expert support.
We are firmly established in the tax field. We work closely with HMRC, the Chartered Institute of Taxation, the Worshipful Company of Tax Advisers and major tax corporations.
Our service is consistently rated highly by the people we help. 90% of callers to our helpline rated our service as excellent. 88% said their wellbeing was improved after contacting us.
