We help people with tax problems who can’t pay for professional advice. We resolve tax issues for people in crisis – whether they’re dealing with health challenges, financial hardship or difficult life circumstances. By helping people pay the right amount of tax, we help build their financial knowledge, confidence and resilience, moving them towards financial security. But we can’t do it without your support.

Our service is consistently rated highly by the people we help. 90% of callers to our helpline rated our service as excellent. 88% said their wellbeing was improved after contacting us.
