We are a UK charity helping people who can’t get paid tax advice because of the cost, health issues, or personal problems. As a charity, we can only help people who qualify for our service.

Here are a few things to note:

• We are not a part of HMRC. We don’t have access to your tax records.
• We can only help people who can’t afford or access tax advice. If you are a high earner, then you are unlikely to qualify for our service. You can read about who we help here: https://taxaid.org.uk/i-need-help-with-tax
• We help with personal tax problems. This would be Self Assessment, PAYE, tax debts, penalties, tax codes, and figuring out letters from HMRC.
• We do not help with Corporation Tax, VAT, tax planning, Tax Credits, benefits, Council Tax, Business Accounts, Bookkeeping, or tax issues from other countries besides the UK.

If we look at your details and see that we can’t help you, then we won’t be able to contact you.
