Appointments in Bristol, Plymouth, Sheffield and Shropshire
Access to professional face-to-face tax advice via the teleconferencing system Telly Talk is now available Bristol and Sheffield in addition to Plymouth and Shropshire. It is important that you contact us first to speak to an adviser on 0345 120 3779 because we might be able to resolve the problem with you over the phone. Helpline hours for callers in the area are 10-12 on Monday-Friday.
In Shropshire, if an appointment is needed we will arrange it for you at in a Citizens Advice Bureau in Bridgnorth, Ludlow, Oswestry, Shrewsbury or Whitchurch. Since CABx are not open on all days it is important that you ring us first on our 0345 number. TellyTalk units are also available in Shropshire Council rooms across the county but again, please call TaxAid to make the appointment.
In Plymouth the TellyTalk unit is based in the CAB, in Bristol it is in the Bristol Debt Advice Centre, and in Sheffield it is at the CAB Debt Support Unit. Either ask your adviser to book and appointment for you, or call TaxAid direct on 0345 120 3779 and we will arrange the appointment. In any case, we will make sure you know what paperwork to bring with you, and that you have a map showing where the venue and explaining a little about how TellTalk appointments work.
